Food Hygiene Course
This is a first-level course for all food handlers in the catering, food retailing or food processing environments. This course also links to NVQ Health & Social Care levels 2, 3 units 202, 203, 213, 214, 302, 303.

Course Duration
This one day course is of six hours duration and is followed by a thirty question multichoice examination paper, which may be conducted orally.
Certification
On successful completion of the course, delegates receive a certificate, which may be used for Continued Professional Development (CPD)/NVQ |
